Mr.  Ahmed  Qadir is the  Director General (International Affairs) and joined the Commission on 11 August 2008. His subsequent assignment was in the Commission’s Office of International Affairs, which was established in January 2010. While working at the Office of International Affairs his responsibilities,inter alia, included co-ordinating the Commission’s communication with international counterparts and participation in relevant working groups of the International Competition Network (ICN). He also worked as Director in the Advocacy Department prior to assuming the charge of Secretary.
