Mr Enrique Blanco Armas is a World Bank senior economist specialising in macroeconomic and fiscal policy, currently based in Maputo, Mozambique. He joined the World Bank in 2005 and has worked in Eastern Europe and more recently in East Asia, where he spent six years working in Indonesia. Prior to joining the World Bank, he worked as an ODI Fellow for the Government of Mozambique, working on trade and economic policy issues.
