Dr Imran Saqib Khalid is a Research Fellow at the Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI), Islamabad, Pakistan. He heads the water governance component of the multi-country Pathways to Resilience in Semiarid Economies (PRISE) project in Pakistan.
