Mr Bilal Khan is currently working as Assistant Chief-II (Programmes) in Child Protection and Welfare Commission, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. He has diversified experience in human rights, child rights/child protection and Gender Based Violence (GBV) issues for over 12 years. He has an MBA degree with specialisation in Finance; and LLB degree from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan.
