Prof. Dr Jan Werner is Lead Economist at the Institute of Local Public Finance, and Professor of Economics at the Cologne Business School, Germany. He has worked for the World Bank, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Forum of Federation, the European Parliament and GIZ.
