Mr Sayed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari is Special Assistant to Prime Minister of Pakistan on Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development (HRD) at the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & HRD, Government of Pakistan. He founded the Bukhari Foundation in 2017 to institutionalise social and humanitarian efforts, and has been recognised for his commitment to social issues and philanthropy both in the United Kingdom and Pakistan. He is also Vice Chairman of the British Asian Trust – a leading UK-based charity.
