Mr Usama Nizamani is a Junior Consultant at the Islamabad Policy Research Institute since 2017. At IPRI, he is part of the Security and Defence research team. His areas of research interest include international security, nuclear strategy, technology and policy issues related to internet governance, artificial intelligence, space weaponization and information security. He has concluded his M.Phil thesis at National Defence University (NDU), Islamabad on “Emerging Shifts in India’s Nuclear Startegy: From No First Use to First Use?”.
