Dr Muhammad Ali Malik is currently the Deputy Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, where he leverages over two decades of extensive experience in public service and administration. In this role, he has significantly contributed to public policy, administration, and youth development initiatives. 

Previously, Dr. Malik held key positions at the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), including the role of Secretary. His career at the FBR also includes roles as Deputy Collector Customs, Deputy Commissioner Inland Revenue, and Deputy Director at the Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation, demonstrating his expertise in customs, tax audits, and intelligence operations. Dr Malik’s academic qualifications are diverse, encompassing an LLB Honours from the University of London, an Executive MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), and an MBBS from Nishtar Medical College. This unique combination of legal, business, and medical education underpins his multifaceted approach to public service and governance.
