Dr Sardar Mohazzam is the Managing Director at the National Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (NEECA). Before joining NEECA, he served as an energy specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). He has also been associated as a consultant with Oxford Policy Management (OPM), Sustainable Energy for All (SE4All), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and worked with the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) on carbon pricing mechanisms.
