Mr Jamie Morrison is a Senior Advisor for Policy and External Relations at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN). He joined GAIN in September 2022 and has been supporting national and global initiatives to strengthen food systems policy. He has more than 25 years of experience in the provision of research, capacity development and technical assistance on the impact of trade and economic policy on processes of agricultural development and food systems transformation. Before joining GAIN, Mr Morrison was Director of Food Systems and Food Safety at the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), where he worked on various issues related to food security, nutrition, climate change, and sustainable development.
