Mr Malik Najaf Khan is a Disaster Risk Management and Sustainable Development Professional with nearly two decades of experience. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at the Sindh People’s Housing Project (SPHF). His expertise spans both public and non-public sectors. The SPHF, under his leadership, focuses on the largest post-disaster reconstruction and rehabilitation project in Sindh, aiming to reconstruct two million multi-hazard resilient houses in the flood-affected areas of 2022.

Mr Khan’s career includes significant contributions in the Disaster Management and Rural Development Sector, having worked with the National Rural Support Programme (NRSP), the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund, the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, the United Nations Development Programme, The World Bank, and the National Disaster Risk Management Fund.
