Ms Bharati Chaturvedi is the Founder and Director of Chintan Environmental Research and Action Group in India. She is a vocal advocate for inclusive and sustainable approaches to waste management, air pollution, and climate change. Ms Chaturvedi
serves on various government committees for policymaking and regulation and writes a column for the Hindustan Times.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Public Policy from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University and is a recipient of the 2009 Johns Hopkins Alumni ‘Knowledge for the World Award’. Additionally, she has been honoured with the LEAD Fellowship and is a Fellow at the Synergos Institute in New York, USA.
