Ms Dipanwita Chakraborty serves as the Regional Director of Corporate Responsibility for the Asia -Pacific at Cargill. With a specialised expertise in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainable Development, she has taken the helm of Cargill’s initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region, with an expanded global role in WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene) interventions. Under her leadership, a team of experts aims to bridge the domains of food and nutrition security, diversity, equity & inclusion, and sustainability.

A fervent advocate for education and gender equity, Ms Chakraborty drives the diversity and inclusion agenda within Cargill as the leader of the Cargill Women’s Network for Asia-Pacific and India. She holds a certification from the WILL Forum for ‘Women in Boards’ and champions equal opportunities for women in the workplace. Her commitment extends beyond her primary role; she serves on the Governing Board at United Way, Delhi and is an integral part of associations such as the BRICS Women Business Alliance, Della Leader’s Club Global CSR & Philanthropy Committee, and the Social Responsibility Sectional Committee of the Bureau of India Standards.
