Ms Nazima Shaheen serves as a Program Specialist (Climate Change and Gender) at Concern Worldwide, where she is currently leading the 2022 flood response efforts. Her role focuses on promoting diversity and inclusion, ensuring that vulnerable groups such as women, children, persons with disabilities, and the elderly are integrally involved and supported in the flood response initiatives.
