- Educational institutions need to incorporate entrepreneurship education in their curricula, focusing on young women. This should include practical training and mentorship opportunities, to nurture an entrepreneurial mindset from an early age.
- The private sector should establish dedicated funding programs and mentorship networks for women entrepreneurs. Initiatives like venture capital funds for women-led startups and corporate mentorship schemes can provide crucial support.
- International development agencies should facilitate global knowledge exchange programs for women entrepreneurs. This could involve setting up exchange programs and online platforms that enable women in Pakistan to connect with and learn from their international counterparts.
