Mr Bilal Zubair is a doctoral scholar at the School of Politics and International Relations, Quaid-i-Azam University; and Visiting Lecturer at the University of London External Programs in Islamabad, Pakistan. His thesis titled “Advancing ‘Peaceful Development’ Through Soft Power: A Study of Chinese Public Diplomacy in United States” has been submitted for evaluation.
