Ms Wajeeha Bajwa is affiliated as an Advisor with NORRAG, Switzerland. She possesses over 8 years of experience in research, monitoring and evaluation and in the management of gender-equitable international development programs spanning South Asia, Africa and Latin America. Her current analytical focus is on results-based financing, development bonds and other new financing mechanisms and their impact on equity, particularly on gender, minority and vulnerable communities. She earlier worked for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and the United Nations Capital Development Fund.
